When Will My Order Arrive?

There are two parts to your delivery time:

1. Order Processing
We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping
Once dispatched, your delivery will typically arrive within the estimated timeframe shown for your selected shipping method above.

For example, if Express Shipping is listed as 2–4 business days, this delivery estimate begins after your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Track Your Order

Every Plain.J order comes with tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges may apply depending on your destination.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs charges are determined by your local authorities, so unfortunately we're unable to predict these costs in advance.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to get your order to you within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Occasionally, parcels may experience delays due to customs processing, local courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are therefore provided as a guide rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before completing your order.

Made a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed over to the courier, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

Please keep an eye on your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If the courier is unable to complete delivery, you may need to arrange redelivery or collection directly with your local courier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel or unpaid customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply for the parcel to be sent again.

Original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred may not be refundable.

Lost or Missing Parcels
