Why am I paying in USD?

That's because we want you to avoid the Dynamic Currency Conversion. If we offer the option for you to pay in your home currency, chances are it'll be of a poorer conversion rate than what your credit card has to offer. 


Why are your prices so low?

We directly deal with textile mills, blacksmiths and selected wholesalers, and ship directly to you from our warehouse (i.e. distribution centers) in Singapore or Hong Kong. And this means, we do not have to pass on the 5-7X markup that your common fast-fashion brands depend on.


Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

At Plain.J, we keep everything plain simple. Remember, less is more. So, the answer is no.

You do not need to go through the long tedious forms to create an account before making a purchase. We only capture the important information from you at the checkout stage.


What are the accepted payment methods?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.


Is it safe to buy online from your store?

Absolutely! Our website is powered by Shopify; it uses an SSL certificates that uses 128-bit encryption technology. This means we utilize the same security standards as the major banks of the world. Also, your payment information is never stored at our backend. So, you can imagine how safe it is!


Do you ship internationally?

With our hubs located mainly in Singapore, we ship to almost all parts of the world. And, we offer FREE international shipping for all orders! You only need to pay for those Plain.J earrings, that’s all. Find out below on how we can keep the shipping cost so minimal, that we are able to absorb it at our cost. Delivery & Shipping   When will I receive my orders? Upon receiving your orders & payment confirmation, those Plain.J pieces will be shipped out within the next 48 hours, except for backorder pieces. Typically, international orders will take 8 – 12 working days.  


I received a defective product, what should I do?

Although this is almost impossible, but we do apologize if this really do happen. Whether you want a refund, or a replacement, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. And we will take care of the rest!
